The plan consist of 50 minute weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions focusing on all primary and, time permitting, secondary health and wellness goals. SESSION 5
Steady and Permanent Weight Loss. Individualized plan depending on goals and food preferences or Customized Session on specific topic. Practical tips for staying on track. Discussion and plan for continued success and reaching all your wellness goals.
